Join us August 3rd for our final week in our summer series ‘Q&A with Jesus?!’ This series is specially curated for the summertime in that you won’t miss out or be left confused if you aren’t in attendance each week. That also makes it the perfect time to visit with us here at FCC!
This Sunday, our sermon centers on Jesus's question, "What is this conversation you are holding?" We'll explore the frustrating experience of seeking God's presence but feeling like He's nowhere to be found, much like Jesus's own followers after His crucifixion. Even in moments of spiritual blindness, the Scriptures offer a powerful beacon, consistently pointing to Jesus—His suffering, death, and resurrection—as the ultimate source of hope. Join us as we learn to turn to the Scriptures and the truth of His resurrection when we can't see Jesus, understanding that all of Scripture ultimately points to Him and our profound need for a Savior.
Read the following scriptures ahead - Luke 24:13-35; Deuteronomy 6:4-9 - and come ready to answer Jesus’ question, “What is this conversation you are holding?”
